1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bb33" refers to the online gaming platform operated at bb33.vu and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, software applications, and all digital services provided by bb33.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the bb33 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in BDT, USDT, or other supported currencies.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matching funds awarded to a Player as part of a promotion.
• "Real Funds" means deposits made by the Player using supported payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to Player accounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet an amount before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which bb33 explicitly does not accept Players, as listed in Section 3.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the bb33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and bb33. They govern your access to and use of all services provided on the Platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from any illegal activity.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the bb33 Platform. bb33 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

bb33 operates as an offshore platform and accepts Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. bb33 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly or indirectly — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

If you have previously requested self-exclusion from bb33 or from any other gambling platform and that exclusion period is still active, you are not eligible to create or access an Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

To use the bb33 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

bb33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required at any time — and will be required before processing any withdrawal — to submit the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash/Nagad/Rocket number, card front image with middle digits obscured).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by bb33's compliance team.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bb33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact bb33 support immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bb33 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Visa, and Mastercard. bb33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (or cryptocurrency equivalent).
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per account tier and payment method. Contact support for details applicable to your account.

5.3 Own Account Requirement

All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the Account holder. bb33 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit detected as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account will be subject to review.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of KYC verification being completed. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically credited within 1–4 hours of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 hour in most cases, subject to network confirmation times. bb33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

5.5 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited in BDT equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of blockchain confirmation. bb33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating a crypto deposit and the time of blockchain confirmation. Sending cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet address will result in permanent loss of funds — bb33 cannot reverse blockchain transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the bb33 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where there is any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement within this period will expire automatically.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players only. bb33 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to Players who have previously self-excluded, Players under active account review, or Players who have demonstrated patterns of bonus abuse.

6.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies

The following activities in connection with bonuses are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and the suspension of the Player's account:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies.
• Using automated software or scripts to meet wagering requirements.
• Any other strategy deemed by bb33 to constitute bonus abuse.

7 Betting Rules & Game Fairness

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bb33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with those rules before placing a wager. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled except where expressly permitted by the specific game or market rules.

7.2 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bb33 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. bb33 does not manipulate the outcome of any game.

7.3 Sportsbook Rules

Sports betting markets are offered on events including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, international football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. bb33 reserves the right to void bets on events affected by match-fixing, abandonment, or data feed errors. Settled bets will not be reopened except in cases of manifest error.

7.4 Void Bets and Manifest Errors

A bet may be declared void by bb33 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result, a verifiable data feed error affecting the odds displayed, or a manifest pricing error. In the event a bet is declared void, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account simultaneously or in succession.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, AI agents, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the bb33 Platform's software.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sports event on which bets are placed.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing bb33 Accounts or Wallet balances.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bb33 Platform — including but not limited to the bb33 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, game graphics, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of bb33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on the Platform.
• Use bb33's name, logo, or brand assets without prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bb33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and bb33. By using the Platform, you consent to bb33 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

bb33 endeavours to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, bb33 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability. bb33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability.

11.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. bb33 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players using the Platform. Players acknowledge that they are gambling with funds they can afford to lose and that bb33 bears no responsibility for the financial consequences of a Player's gambling decisions.

11.3 Third-Party Content

Games and sports data on the bb33 Platform are provided by third-party suppliers. bb33 is not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in third-party game or data feeds. In the event of a dispute arising from a third-party game malfunction, the supplier's own terms and the game server log will be used as the definitive record.

11.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb33's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

bb33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

12.2 Account Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bb33 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and after deduction of any applicable pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 Account Termination by bb33

bb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where a Player has breached these Terms, where bb33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, or where regulatory or compliance obligations require it. Where an Account is closed for regulatory reasons, balances will be handled in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bb33 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bb33's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under applicable local consumer protection law.
